Don't leave a process running in system tray after exiting.

I installed and started the backup process. Looked good so I exited the application. Lo and behold the system tray shows the process is still running and must be killed from the tray. This is a really big turn off. When I exit an application I expect it to go away, not sit there and use resources. At least make this a configurable item or get rid of it entirely.
